Leads Module User Guide

Leads List Tab

This Tab allows users to see the list of Leads information and actions like to view, edit,  Convert to trial, convert to student, call, sms etc. It has Leads related information like Date of Lead, Name of parent, Name of children, Date of Follow up, Follow up Staff, Promoter, Follow up Detail, status etc.

Filter Leads List

The Drop down boxes shown below are for filters. Users can search for Lead based on the below given criteria like Branch, Subsidiary etc.The Bulk Action Button is used for Bulk Action like Delete.Users can also Search by typing any information in the Search box.

Leads List Action Column

The Last column contains Action buttons like view, Edit, Convert To Trial, Convert to Student, SMS, call.

Add Leads Tab

This Tab allows users to Add lead in the system. This requires Several pieces of information to be entered into New Lead information. The first information is about Lead demographic information like Date of Lead, Source Type, Branch, Promoter, Child Name, Follow up Staff, Parent Name, Email, Contact No, Status.

School Information Section

The second Section is about School Information. This asks Information like Year, School Name, Level, Steam, Remarks.

Minutes Tab

This tab tracks the action that occurs in the Leads. Whatever event occurs in the Leads can be shown in the following Grid. That includes several information like follow up staff, Lead name, Event and Date and time of event. Users can search by typing any information in the search box. This information can be exported in different format like Pdf, Excel, CSV etc.

Promoters Tab

This Tab allows users to see the list of promoter information and Action like Edit, Mail, SMS, Call. It has Promoters related information like Date, Branch, No of Promoters:Promoter Code, Total No. of Leads, No of Verification Leads, Leads Converted Student, Status etc.

Add Promoters Tab

This tab is used to add a new entry in the Promoters. This requires several information like Promoter name, Promoter Code, Phone, Email, Status etc. Also users can save or cancel details.

Source Tab

This tab allows users to see a list of the Sources. Users can edit individual Entries of Sources. Users can search for any information by typing in the search box.

Add Source Tab

This tab allows users to add Sources in the system. This requires only a Sources name. Save button will save the information to the system.
