Meetings User Guide

Meetings List Tab

This tab allows users to see the list of Meetings by date. Users can enter the date and view the Meetings for that day. It shows Information like Title, Date ,Time, invitees,Branch, courses,attendance. 

Action Buttons

In the last column, There are Action items like Edit the Meeting info, Contact preferences like Mail, sms and call the person. Users can also search by typing text in the search box.

Add Meetings Tab

Click on “Add Meeting” tab to create new meetings. Fill up all the details and then select the clients that have to be called for this meeting.

Add Students To Meeting

Select Subsidiary, Branch and and Course to populate the student grid to select the list of students with whom meeting needs to be set up with.
